Willow Class

Welcome to Willow Class

Classteacher:  Miss J. Dandy

This week, the children are segmenting to spell, including tricky words.  We are practising using sounds we need to embed and reading and writing with them; the children are very determined that I don't trick them!

We have been using deduction and inference skills in reading to spot when characters in the story 'Jim and the Beanstalk' are so shocked that they can't believe their eyes.

The children are still enjoying the outdoor area in this weather; we are avoiding the hottest parts of the day.  Please ensure that you apply suncream to your child before school and that they have a water bottle and a named sunhat, please.

Here are some pictures from our school trip.

There are more in our floor book for you to enjoy!

We hope you all have a FANTASTIC Easter break!
