A Special Note to Birch Class

Birch Class of 2020!

Well, we cannot believe we are coming to the final week of summer term, what a strange term it has been!

We are SO proud of you all, you have been resilient, courageous and brave during these unusual times, but you have all come out through the other side EVEN MORE FABULOUS than before!

Your emails and pictures have been putting a smile on our faces for WEEKS now! The phone calls home have made us happy knowing that you're all having such a wonderful time with your loved ones. What superstars you all are!

I am so sad that our time together was cut short, I was really looking forward to getting to know you all a bit better, but the time we did have together will forever make me giggle and smile about all the wonderful things we did. BUT!!! Have no fear, we can make up for lost time in the new school year! Be sure to give me a little wave and 'hello' if you see me, you will make my day! Thank you so much for making me feel so welcomed into your class!

Mrs Bensilum is so proud of you all also!! She says she will miss your cheeky and smiley faces, but she knows that she will see you all very very soon. heart

A big special shout out to her Windmillers from Birch!!

So, Birch Class of 2020, your time in reception is coming to an end. But your school journey is just beginning! You are the most wonderful bunch with the biggest hearts and the cheekiest smiles with the loudest giggles. Thank you for teaching me all about Eric and how to chop up words, how to write 'Star Wars Letters', what 'Cool Time' is and how to write and what a wild rumpus is. (you bunch of Wild Things!!!)

You will always be my first class at Myland....even if for a short time!

Good luck to you all, have a wonderful summer and stay safe.

Lots of love,

Miss Rodgers and Mrs Bensilum
